Lance made a ton with NSync but he also had some very smart business people around him and did some great investing for him.

Good for Lance. He has always had good taste in men (Reichen for one) and now buying this iconic home will be a value keeper even if the California Housing Market crashes.

lance just talked about Bryan Singer on Heather Mcdonald's podcast (listen to it, around 50:00 minutes in) an pretty much excuses Singer from any pedo vibes. Sounds like he was either oblivious to it or is covering up for his friend.
