One or two of his songs are pretty good, I liked "What's New Pussycat" the best, but overall he was sort of meh to me--never really liked him very much. I watched his TV show once in a while when it was on and did kind of like it when he signed off in Welsh, but in reality he didn't know the Welsh language that fluently as I understand. Never did anything for me sexually, just wasn't my type, I guess.

My family watched his show in the late 60’s.

He's way before my time but he had Janis on his show and I've loved that forever. He sang with Dusty, Ella, Peggy, Shirley Bassey, Cher, Dionne, Aretha and Tina. Not too shabby. Tom Jones was sexy as fuck but he could sing some too.

I saw him headlining a blues and roots music festival a few years ago. The hipsters went to see Brian Wilson perform Pet Sounds, a year or so after the Love and Mercy film was released, but he was so drugged up and depressing that we shuffled off to see Tom Jones close the weekend and danced our asses off. He was in fine voice and put on one of the best shows I have ever seen.

I remember back in the 60's when we first started hearing his music in the US, before he had made any TV appearances. Everyone assumed he was black.

I like this clip of him because he looks so playful and innocent. Also, he must've been performing for the oldest audience ever assembled for prime time. At 1:26, he made those grandmas wet their panties for the first time in ages! And apparently, he turned half those grandpas gay and willing.

Saw him in Tahoe in the mid 80’s. Went to the show at a casino thinking it would be funny and camp but damn! Best show ever! Actually made a trip back there a couple of years later specially to see him again.

Saw him in concert around 1970, when I was 5 or 6 years old. My mother took me with her after my father refused to look after me when he found out where she was going! All I remember is Tom jiggling all over the stage and screaming women.
