In the OP’s original pic, which I enlarged you can see her real hair is black (color), with some slight greying happening in the black along with the black color hair. It’s all attached to a brown straight weave. The other interesting thing is that she’s already going a bit grey at the tender age of almost 37 (next month).

I enlarged the same picture and don't see anything but straightened hair (probably Keratin) and roots that need a touch-up.

I'm with R125. I do think it is deliberate for members of the Royal family to lean toward conservative fashion choices, and not be too "flashy." Meghan does have to improve her public poses, however. She must do the opposite of what she used to do as an actress/celebrity. Looking at the pic in R146 (and many other older photos), it's evident her face shape is more bottom heavy -- with a full lower cheek area and a jaw that is wider than her cheekbone area -- kind of like Minnie Driver. But Meg has been getting fillers on her cheekbones to get the look of higher cheekbones and more classically beautiful face proportions. She may also be getting botox in the lower jaw (masseter muscle) because her jaw appears to be less broad than a couple years ago. The botox is used to weaken the muscle so it will become smaller.
