Since someone bumped this up, I would like to mention a You Tube series from a few years back (before AHS I presume) called BLUE, which I happened to watch because someone I know was in it. The premise was interesting - single mother prostituting herself to make extra money - and it was done in a way that you believed the story. Julia Stiles played the lead and I thought she did a great job, I was surprised.

There were a couple of episodes with Sarah Paulson. I didn’t know much about her at the time, but even in the context of this ultra low budget production where the only recognizable names among the cast were Stiles and Eric Stoltz, it was one of the worst performances I have seen. I felt embarrassed watching it.
