R4 Totally. I'm sure Murphy had that in mind. This cast list still has me in a daze.

Coven still holds the record for the best and most consistent ratings and won the show it's only Lead Emmy.. If the above is true, this might be their most successful season yet, critically and ratings wise.

Coven was brilliant and tight. Murder House was whacky but fun.

Will Myrtle Snow be resurrected again? She is my favorite character from any season. I want to worship at her feet, and if she will allow me, I would like to touch the hem of her garment.

I dont buy it....its just fan fiction...In fact, when Coven was first run, there were several fanatics claiming Glenn Close was appearing in the last 2 episodes....they even had the IMBd page altered.....but it was all fantasy.

Didn't Glenn take a pic with Murphy earlier this year? He even said she's been trying to convince him to direct her in a film adaptation of Sunset Boulevard musical and that they're working on something together.

Yawn. What is the source for this? It sounds like a senior / has been shit show and I feel sorry for Jessica if this is the only work she can line up.

The same magic used to bring forth the Axeman will be used on ghosts that reside in the Murder House. Tate is one of those...which is trouble. The Harmons will also be released.

The main cast members from both Murder House and Coven are returning. Some reprising roles from those seasons and some are NEW characters.

Every recurring actor from previous seasons has been contacted to appear this season. #AHS8 will connect to every other season in some way.

#AHS8 will have 12 episodes.

Originally production was looking for a 16 episode order so that the #AHS8 finale was the 100th episode of #AmericanHorrorStory. Still a (unlikely) possibility.

Jessica Lange will return to #AHS8

A certain witchy spirit will attach herself to an object that the Coven takes with them to California.

Working titles for #AHS8 are: American Horror Story: Infinity American Horror Story: Possession

Episode 8.05 "Hell Unleashed" will be 10x more evil, more sinister than Devil's Night...and the ramifications of this episode will ripple up until the finale.

#HellUnleashed will make #DevilsNight look tame.

Why the witches end up at Murder House is an interesting twist....one of many twists this season

Evan Peters will be playing two characters this season and both inhabit the Murder House.

There will be a new Council of Witches introduced.

The witches are seemingly all on the same side at the beginning of #AHS8. Cordelia has set up different "Chapters" for witches across the globe. California has one.

Evan Peters will be playing Gabriel, a gay hairstylist who is fascinated with witchcraft and the occult...as well as playing Tate.

Jessica Lange will be playing Constance in flashbacks (which gives you a hint about her role in the present timeline) as well as Fiona (episode 8.05 onward, for 6 episodes total).

Jessica Lange is NOT a main cast member this season, she is on as a recurring guest star.

Cordelia & the coven are invited to Murder House by someone who claims to know info on Queenie's whereabouts.

Gabriel and Evelyn are the current residents of the Murder House.

*I didn't see a reference to who Evelyn is. Perhaps that is the name of Joan Collin's character. I think she is supposed to be playing Evan's grandmother.

Some cast members from Cult (will be on the new Council of Witches). The New Council will be diverse and will consist of 5 members.

The identity of JungleJim4322 will be revealed in #AHS8.

Taissa Farmiga will have two roles this year.

There will be more main witches. Cast members from last season will be new witches.

Jamie Brewer has been offered a new character this season. Something quite evil.

The main title will be slightly longer also - and its a spooky/witchy remix. Probably the best main title sequence yet.

Snakes. Ouroboros plays a huge role in this season's marketing.

Teasers should begin to drop mid-July.

Billy Eichner and Leslie Grossman will be guest stars. Let's not forget that guest stars sometimes end up having larger roles. "Guest star" has been AHS' way to misdirect people in reference to a character's importance.

Emma Roberts is also a guest star. But Madison has a major arc in the season.

Kathy Bates will be back.

Evan, Sarah and Kathy are the only originals. The rest are newcomers or cast members from previous seasons who have been promoted.

Frances Conroy will guest star. She'll be in seven episodes as Moira.

Evan Peters will be portraying Tate and Gabriel.

AHS8 will be have over 20 guest stars.

Fun fact: Demonic offspring reaches adulthood at an accelerated rate.

They'll be expanding on the block which the Murder House resides by introducing the neighbors.

They will delve deeper into the perfect storm that created the downfall of the Langdons. There are a few more layers to their evil.

The council members will NOT be Glenn Close, Joan Collins and Angelica Huston .

It's official! Jessica Lange will be back for at least one episode of American Horror Story Apocalypse . She'll reprise her role as Constance Langdon for episode 6 to be directed by Sarah Paulson.
