Born way up in the wilds of Canada - Yellowknife, Northwest Territories - Margot Kidder became a successful actress and was best known for her role as Lois Lane in the Chris Reeves Superman franchise. As time went on she had lots of problems, both mental and physical, and at one point ended up homeless.
Rest In Peace Margot Kidder who joins Christopher Reeves in the Great Beyond.

This is so sad. I'm glad she was able to escape homelessness and addiction. Very proud of her.
She was a favorite actress of mine. "Sisters" "Superman". She was natural in front of the camera.
