Police investigators suspect fowl play.

I love little chickies!

by Anonymousreply 3May 12, 2018 3:50 AM

Why would a crow need a train ticket? It's much cheaper and direct to get there as the crow flies.

by Anonymousreply 4May 12, 2018 3:53 AM

He mistakenly believed it was an ATM.

R9 it's baby blue jay season in my back yard and the father jay gets within a few feet of my cat and pecks at him. He had him trapped under the deck furniture and got behind his back and nipped at his tail. My cat gets out for just short periods of time in fledgling season and it's quite a show to watch the jays bedevil him. He comes in looking so beleaguered and tired. He'll lay there on the deck trying to nap while a crazy jay squawks and dances all around him.

Crows moved on from primitive Hitchcockian violence to global financial fraud. Nicely Played Crows.

I have red birds. They're brown now. They don't turn red until they get horny.

by Anonymousreply 13May 12, 2018 6:49 AM

They said when you got here the whole thing started. Who are you? What are you? Where did you come from? I think you're the cause of all of this. I think you're evil. EVIL!

by Anonymousreply 14May 12, 2018 6:49 AM

I highly doubt that's real. Crows are highly and easily trainable. What likely happened is the woman found a crow trained it and filmed it for a laugh.

by Anonymousreply 15May 12, 2018 7:13 AM

Cute little boidie.

by Anonymousreply 16May 12, 2018 7:55 AM

I don't buy any of these dealios, but...blue jays are just rotten and mean!

Same deal with those wee rotten red squirrels. Mean little fuckers.

Normally our neighborhood has a lot of mockingbirds, but this spring the western scrub jays have moved in and you hardly see any mockingbirds. Super aggressive birds.

Stupid bird! How does it feel to be a loser? SAD!

by Anonymousreply 23May 13, 2018 6:33 AM

If you've never seen it, this 2013 PBS documentary on crows is really interesting. Where I live, we've witnessed many of the intelligent things these birds do first hand.
