Love these - but have t seen one in years..,

When I was a kid, my best friend’s retired grandma had a little sideline, cash-in-hand business making wedding cakes and birthday cakes, etc. - she was a champion cake decorator and her output was amazing...

But nothing she did excited my young gayling self as much as her Dolly Varden cakes!

Will have to google them now and find out how they came about. As I said - hadn’t thought about them in years! Thanks OP! I now want one for my next birthday :)
