He's yet to make the move from twentysomething parts to more adult parts, and this hurts a lot of young actors once they get to his age (37!): you can't be playing the guy who just wants to get laid or get married anymore after a certain point in your life. You have to play the guy who already is married, or who focuses on his work rather than on his love & sex life.

I always saw him as cut from the same cloth as David Faustino. Not a terrible actor, just passable if he's cast correctly. He was terrible in Inception, though. You could tell that he was putting on an "I'm a Big Man Now" voice.
