I am obsessed with the Friday the 13th films and Jason. Every Friday the 13th USA Up All Night with Rhonda Shear would play marathons. I still watch them every few months.

I recently watched "Crystal Lake Memories", the documentary that goes through the movies sequentially with interviews from the actors and bits of gossip and info. Most of the films have a different guy playing Jason, usually big stuntmen well above 6 feet tall.

I was bummed out to learn so many of the kill scenes had a lot of cool special effects edited out because they were too gory to get the R rating required for theatrical release.

Part 4 The Final Chapter is, indeed, one of the best Fridays ever made, r75. Total fan favorite with the most kills and the most riveting retaliation against Jason with the most protracted exposure of his creepy face.

The people hating on Parts 4 and 6 probably know they're two of the better, most popular films so they're just trying to stir shit.

Either way, they belong in hell and Tommy Jarvis is going to see they get there.

Tom did seem to have a cheerful disposition up until the end though, Im sure he was a great joy to be around and I would have loved to be his friend. However it was quite sad that he claimed his biggest regret about dying so young was the fact that his death would keep him from Fucking even more guys. Tom was a beautiful man who slept with many many other beautiful men in his life. But that wasn't fulfilling enough for him when facing death. He seemed too preoccupied with his physical beauty, his sexual conquests and his reputation as A list stud even at the end of his life. They look like actual humans, which is why people like these films so much. No one's sickly skinny or super built. Hell, just look at the remake. Everyone's pumped up and runway ready. So boring. I will say that, as crappy as it was, Rob Zombie did cast normal looking people in his Halloween. The Nightmare remake was a bit too pretty, too, with super skinny Rooney Mara replacing girl-next-door Heather Langenkamp. It didn't work.

Didn't mind Rooney but the rest were CW actors (Katie Cassidy, Thomas Dekker, Kellan Lutz).
