I had a good laugh at you listing Alexandra Paul. She is more appealing to me than Michael Newman, though.

Probably David Chokachi with honorable mention to Charvet and Warlock. I always had to laugh when they would have a grueling race like a full iron man triatholon and would have all these really fit athletes and forty something Hasselhoff with his chicken legs and barrel chest would win. Just as unlikely was when they did have another winner it was teenage son Hobie, who also was not the most fit man on the course.

The show always had some beefcake, but there were definitely seasons where they focused on it more than others - including slo-mo speedo racing or workout shots similar to the women - where other seasons were speedo free and the slo-mo shots more exclusively on the females.

Sadly, I must have watched the show more than I remember....

I had a feeling Bergin was going to take the top slot. He also wrote that somewhat tasteless book about how he was fucking JFK JR's wife even after she she was married.

Jeremy Jackson had the dubious distinction of being known as the "king" of MySpace during its heyday. He then became embroiled in a number of scandals such as: doing a Dr. Drew addiction show, said addiction to various drugs (most notably steroids) and (most recently) stabbing someone.

I always thought the older balding dude (Michael Newman) was hot in a DILFy sort of way. I recently read that he, sadly, now suffers from a pretty severe case of Parkinson's.

Hot, HOT Jason Momoa (aka GOT's Khal Drago & DCEU's Aquaman) was also on the show for a minute.

I thought he was on the Hardy Boys - but not so much on Baywatch (not that he was bad looking). Although he was on the NBC season, where I think it tried to be more of a family drama and not everyone was necessarily a pin-up model.

Michael Newman always looked way older than his age (which has been given as both 1955 and 1957). He always looked to be at least in his 50s. He had a pretty nice body though.

Despite the unorthodox spelling of his name, now openly gay Jaason Simmons was my fave. I loved his long hair, beautiful eyes and smooth skin.

I think Bergin had an affair with Caroline Bessett Kennedy while she was married to JFK.

Jaason Simmons is gay. Too bad his character wasn't gay on the show. His character was the annoying Aussie douche womanizer.

There was also that minor lifeguard guy that had dated CJ and later quit lifeguarding because he was going blind. I can't remember the character's name or actor. I remember he was Southern.

Jeremy Jackson tried to sell a sex tape he made with female porn star Sky Lopez several years ago. They wasn't much interest in it. Vivid Entertainment, who was big on the 'Celeb' sex tape, only offered him $5,000. Ouch.

I forgot about John Allen Nelson - I think he was the southerner. I think he might have just been on the NBC as a regular and then periodically after that?

I have been watching episodes on Amazon Prime over the past few weeks and I wish there had been shots of the guys' bare chests.

The funny thing that I always remember about this show, is that in my market it came on early on Sunday morning and I would watch it while getting ready for church. It created some conflicted feelings for me, especially as I entered puberty.

lol I remember those episodes. Yeah, it wasn't believable that those younger fit guys would lose to Mitch.

There are talks of a reboot show. If it happens at least one male lifeguard should be gay.

I always loved the opening credits, watching the actors run in slow mo. I know straight guys loved watching the women running because of the boobs, but I always enjoyed watching Warlock grab his board and Charvet running on the beach.
