Much respect for this guy. And he said he won’t go to White House because of Trump. A guy who has his heart in right place. Perhaps a little too zealous. Also helps to have Howie Long as a father. So will never be broke. But kudos for being a white privileged football player who gets it. Unlike Brady and the other Trumptard Patriots. Go Eagles! The anti-Trump team - sometimes the good guys win.

Is kyle long his brother? Theyre both very cool i like them.

Yep - an entire family of hot guys- including Howie who is the hottest 50+ guy I have ever seen. Great genes.

Come on, let's call it what it is....a rich white guy virtue signaling who has never worked a real job in his life and has never volunteered to support any of the causes he supposedly stands for.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | February 6, 2018 9:16 PM |
Umm... as opposed to Tom Brady who did...? And has made millions for years. And having worked with non-profits, I can tell you they need that money more than they need a few hours of time from a football player.

R4, if donating a year’s salary doesn’t qualify as “volunteered to support” for you then I don’t know what would qualify as philanthropy. You should be more reticent to call out virtue signaling in others, what with that strong cunt signaling you’re doing.

Yea, he might be on the correct side of political history, but he one inked-out mess. I wonder what he'll tell his son when asked, "Dad, why are your shriveled up old arms an ugly shade of blue-green? What the fuck were you thinking man?"
I always think (and yes, I know I'm being terribly judgmental) with that much ink have some serious mental issues.
I wonder what Howie think of his tatted-out spawn?

"Go Eagles! The anti-Trump team - sometimes the good guys win."
Isn't Jeffrey Lurie, the Eagles' owner, a major donor to the Democratic party?
by Anonymous | reply 8 | February 6, 2018 11:12 PM |
yeah, when things like this and things like JJ Watt raising 37 million for hurricane relief to victims in Houston---- well, I just can't trust these kind of guys. What a sorry lot of outliers who must shit on a legitimate attempt to follow through on ones principles.

R4 - I'm willing to bet every professional football player has spent more time getting to where they are in their chosen professions than you have in yours. What makes you think playing professional football isn't a real job? Is it too physical for you? Also eliminating construction work as a real job?
My experience has been the people calling out virtue signaling are actually virtue signaling.
R5 - I suppose you live as simply as possible so you can donate your salary to a charity?
by Anonymous | reply 10 | February 6, 2018 11:29 PM |
Chris Long is ALL MAN. The things he does for his charity and others is too long to list. He's funny, athletic, one of our biggest allies, and he knows what side of history he will be on. Also he is one of the sexiest humans on the planet.

You can tell an alt-right troll/Red Piller/MRA/etc by the liberal use of this term.

Chris' Foundation (The Waterboys) raises funds to dig wells to provide clean water in East Africa. He has teamed with players from across the league to fundraise dig 32 wells this year (one for every team at $45K/well). This added to donating his 2017 salary to provide scholarships for students in Philly, Boston and Charlottesville shows he cares about others in need.
