Instagram stars tend to be women and "influencers" who do yoga and then promote products. A good example is @beachyogagirl. She's just some random chick, a handsome middle-aged blonde yoga instructor, who was able to parlay her insta into a million followers, and now makes money from sponsoring items and has started her own yoga outfit line.
