If you need 18 reasons to be excited, here are 18 reasons to be excited.
all garbage

The word gay has been erased completely from the media's vocabulary.
It makes me sad, but at the same time I see that article and I am like thank god the gays are not associated with that mess.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | January 3, 2018 6:28 PM |
Why is it great that, as one of the items explains, a hideous hairy man in a dress will rant and rave about "toxic masculinity" in a book called I'm Afraid of Men? Sounds like typical anti-gay BS updated for the 21st century.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | January 3, 2018 6:35 PM |
It's all stupid and ugly, too.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | January 3, 2018 6:38 PM |
[quote]I am like thank god the gays are not associated with that mess.
But we are, Blanche. We are. Sadly.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | January 3, 2018 6:52 PM |
The War on Men is a proxy war on gay men.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | January 3, 2018 7:00 PM |
They said "LGBTQ" 18 times and "gay" twice. I am so done with these alphabet soup peddlers and I will not support ANY artist who supports them.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | January 3, 2018 7:01 PM |
Where are the websites that aren't afraid to say "gay" and "lesbian"?
by Anonymous | reply 8 | January 3, 2018 7:09 PM |
This is the author, Little Peter. He also wrote a book called "About Canada: Queer Rights." He sure loves that word! Too bad, he's kind of cute.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | January 3, 2018 7:10 PM |
You're on it, R8.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | January 3, 2018 7:10 PM |
R9: His insistence I get used to being referred to by hate speech is a boner-killer. In fact, since Canada has hate speech laws, maybe we can use them to get that word banned.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | January 3, 2018 7:11 PM |
Horseshit.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | January 3, 2018 8:10 PM |
He is cute, R9. He looks a little like Aaron Tveit, who is one of my top ten cute guys.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | January 3, 2018 8:12 PM |
If you're gay and you know it, tap dat ass!
by Anonymous | reply 14 | January 3, 2018 8:12 PM |
Peter Knegt, the guy in R9, is a "professional homosexual."
by Anonymous | reply 15 | January 3, 2018 8:13 PM |
He needs to be dragged for being ashamed of the word homosexual and gay. He tries his darnest to purge those words out of his vocabulary, but his own habit betrays him. You know he must be seething that he used gay twice in that article and he didn't catch it.
Peter Knegt , but you are gay blanche. You are gay with capital letters.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | January 3, 2018 8:31 PM |
And he's gay for a living, R16. For a living.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | January 3, 2018 8:57 PM |
Out with the old (homophobia, self loathing, worshipping the old status quo of masc men) and in with the new (queer).
by Anonymous | reply 18 | January 3, 2018 10:14 PM |
Queer/Trans = deeply homophobic (and very stupid)
by Anonymous | reply 19 | January 3, 2018 10:17 PM |
"Queer" is even more self-hating than "mascdoodbro."
by Anonymous | reply 20 | January 3, 2018 10:17 PM |
In Canada gay/lesbian has been completely been taken over by Trans/Queer and other things that have nothing to do with gay and are anti-gay.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | January 3, 2018 10:18 PM |
I'd rather kill myself than watch-read-listen to that shit listed
by Anonymous | reply 22 | January 3, 2018 10:33 PM |
Me, too, R22.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | January 3, 2018 10:34 PM |
R22 r23 I couldn't even finish reading the list. Too "queer."
by Anonymous | reply 24 | January 3, 2018 10:37 PM |
He is cute R9 but like most of Canadian men, he's got a stank sleeve.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | January 3, 2018 11:51 PM |
He describes himself on Twitter as a "reluctant" Canadian. WTF is that? Does he want to be an American Trumpster?
by Anonymous | reply 26 | January 4, 2018 12:39 AM |
You just know he's barebacked his way from St. John's to Victoria.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | January 4, 2018 12:41 AM |
[quote] Out with the old (homophobia, self loathing, worshipping the old status quo of masc men) and in with the new (queer).
So basically nothing is different.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | January 4, 2018 1:36 AM |
He actually claims "Xtra" as a writing credit
by Anonymous | reply 29 | January 4, 2018 1:38 AM |
Good Knegt, and Good Luck
by Anonymous | reply 30 | January 6, 2018 12:26 AM |
Maybe we can get "Gay+" to start trending instead of the alphabet stew that out there now. I think gay men and women would both be okay with the gay part and we can let everyone else fight over the '+'.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | January 6, 2018 1:02 AM |
No the + is the problem
Gay , or G&L
Nothing else
by Anonymous | reply 32 | January 6, 2018 1:07 AM |
R32, we're never getting that, though. I'm trying to get us to something where the gay part is clear and the '+' can be the inclusive part without taking away the focus or diluting it too much from gay causes and identity. I, too, wish the '+' part would just start their own groups because we have next to nothing in common with the gender crap but it's not going to happen.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | January 6, 2018 1:22 AM |
What do you mean "we are never getting that" - we had it before, before we were invaded and co-opted. Things will never change with those destructive , aggressive, psychos and parasites . And we do not have to ask permission from those who seek to use and destroy us.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | January 6, 2018 1:33 AM |
R34, it's gone too far to go back. It is never going to happen. Either we try to get Gay back in there or we just disappear in the alphabet stew.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | January 6, 2018 1:45 AM |
We have already disappeared.
New groups have to start. Gay or G&L , only.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | January 6, 2018 1:50 AM |
Well, let us all know when these new magic groups start, R36.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | January 6, 2018 2:07 AM |
The current co-opted ones sure aren't magical.
Maybe they will start this year. The people who are aware have to find a way to connect.
