But what else do you know about her?
The Magnificent Carole Shelley - one of The Pigeon Sisters (from The Odd Couple - the movie & the TV show & the play, I think)

She was on One Life To Live early in the Linda Gottlieb era. She played a gossipy and cunty country club member who was friends with Billy Douglas's mother. This is circa 1991-1992. She was excellent and perfect for the role.

That scene is one of the best in the movie. Cracks me up every time.

The Pigeon Sisters were shown on season one and then phased out for some reason.

She was superb in the original Broadway production of "The Elephant Man." Won a Tony for that performance and rightly so.

The original Madame Morrible in "Wicked" on Broadway. Also in the OBC of "Billy Elliot." And has MANY other Broadway credits.

Looking up her credits she was the overbearing Jewish mother who tried to set up her daughter with Frasier Crane. Good episode.
