I fucking HATE the new Sprint commercial with the Verizon guy

I have to agree, not liking it at all.

I don't buy the 1% difference for a second. Sprint has ALWAYS been shit.

He's also full of himself. I used to work in retail and he came into our store wearing the jacket from his Verizon commercials. His girlfriend wore a matching jacket, matching eyeglasses, and matching haircut. She was nice but he acted like he was being forced to shop. Don't ask me about towels if you're too good to be addressed by commoners, asshole.

Didn't Scott Lowell (Ted Schmidt in QAF) do those spots a long time ago?

speaking of commercials that I hate, I fucking hate the Jon Bon Jovi ad for DTV. I have been watching the Euros 2016 and they play it way too much. so sick of jon bon jovi, never gonna buy his shit or dtv! so fucking annoying!!!

The commercials my suck, but since I switched to Sprint from AT&T, my cell bill is almost half what it used to be, and I don't have to go upstairs in my house to get a decent signal. I love Sprint!

I know a few people who know him from Connecticut and they all say he is a lovely guy.

Sprint also ruined Nextel. I loved my Nextel phone in the early 2000s. But the fcc also screwed w Nextel and their interference issues. They were amazing in big cities though.

This thread is very funny to me.

I liked the commercials who had the tag "RETRAIN YOUR BRAIN" The bells and whistles and over-the-top approach got my attention. The attractive pitch guy kept my attention. So deliciously camp.

Another openly gay man to hate. Nobody hates gays more than gays. No wonder gays love Muslims so much. They're gonna be helping them throw gays off the top of buildings when it starts happening here in about 20 years.

Everyone knows Sprint is shit compared to Verizon. Whatever that "1%" is, it makes a huge difference. There are huge holes all over the country with no service that don't exist with Verizon. As long as you stick to major metro areas you might be ok...but as soon as you get to a less populated area, it's a crapshoot.

Also I visited Ann Arbor recently - WORST COVERAGE I've ever had with Sprint in a place where there's no excuse for bad coverage.

R33 here - I should add I've been with sprint for probably 15 years and I guess it's been tolerable, because every time I check the prices at Verizon I just decide... oh well maybe next year.

How can you ever trust this asswipe as a pitchman now? His services apparently go to the highest corporate bidder, quality of service irrelevant. He's toast in the commercial world. And it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. An utter coward. Blech.

And you can tell he is not comfortable with his body, slightly slouched over and very careful not to move his torso so his belly or love handles don’t stick out. Sprint commercials are annoying not because he is fat, he is annoying because he is trying to portray confidence and credibility but his whole persona is the exact opposite. Sprint made a bad move on this..
