I do not know why people in this article are saying they broke up. Literally every one of Francesco's Instagrams is taken at a Peter Thiel property. This includes a Valentines Day photo from 2017.

You only need to read interviews with Peter to suspect why that could be false. First, Peter is pretty introverted. He describes this in many interviews, and has always been introverted since a child. Second, Peter is a workaholic. All he does is work. He cares more about his work and his politics than the pursuit of sex. I do however believe that Peter may in fact treat Francesco poorly.
