Moroccan is not an ethnicity. What is with the ignorance about what we're talking about here? Moroccans are 99% Arab or Berber. THAT is their "ethnicity."
He is a Belgian citizen, born in Belgium. His father and mother immigrated to Belgium. But being a Belgian who is neither Walloon or Fleming is not quite being Belgian. Belgium is not like the USA. He is a cultural Moroccan first and a "grew up there" Belgium.
And he's straight.
