I imagine him coming out in the next 10 years only if he's 100% unable to find work (unlikely) or he actually gets into a long term relationship. Why, because he was on a hit show that ended 3 yrs ago and he hasn't worked since.

50K an episode is consistent with someone with Chace's level of fame and being the male lead on a primetime network show.

He's a poor man's Ian Somerhalder.

The writers should have taken note from "Empire". White Folks loved "Dynasty" & apparently "Dallas" still as well. This show should have took the camp route while serving us some of dramatics that oil tycoons face in this day and age. I actually knew Chace (not Chance) before he became famous.

In the summer of 2002, when I was 15, my family moved cross country to an exclusive enclave in west Plano, TX. At that time, Chace, his sister Candace, and his parents lived in a garish, white stucco house off Willowbend Drive.

Parents were both very nice, but extremely flashy/showy and clearly living above their means.

I became acquainted with Chace through Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano where Chace and his sister were both members. While his sister was friendly and funny, I found Chace to be arrogant, humorless, and a bore. I really wasn't much of a fan.

Is he gay? I have no clue, but if I had to guess, I'd say he probably is.

Much of having continued success in acting has to do with getting offered good roles and luck. I've only seen Chace on Gossip Girl so I don't know what his acting range is. He's still very good looking though so he has that going for him.
