Bacanovic was/is your basic opportunist. He loved NYC society and in turn courting it brought him business. I'm sure he had a good time with it. Just this afternoon I was watching a Law & Order "ripped from the headlines" episode obviously inspired by Martha's insider trading debacle. But on L&O, the Bacanovic character is sleeping with both the Martha character and her daughter and she ends up killing him and goes on trial for murder. It's a lot of fun and one of better episodes from that period. A surprisingly good Lucie Arnaz as Martha. The episode title is "Bitch" but you can only find it on IMDB by searching for "B*tch."
