I just watched the first episode of his new show "Schitt's Creek," which aired tonight in Canada and debuts in the US next month. He is nellier than almost any gay man I've ever met. Either he is the gayest straight man alive or a total closet case. I vote the latter.

I'm giving the show more time to get better. Catherine O'Hara and the girl playing the desk clerk are very good.

The last episode aired here in Canada has him being forded to attend a yoga session which features the hotter than hot local hippy/drug dealer who is being eyed by Levy's on screen sister. There are multiple shots of that hot guy in verrry suggestive poses and see a shot of Levy clearly intrigued. Remember, Levy is co-creator of the series, approves each script and knows precisely what's he's doing.

So they were just confused and it'll probably be cleared up in the next episode, because there's no way they could pass the David character off as straight or even bi. And by the end of the episode, they've decided to continue having sex.

So is he "pansexual" in real life like his character is? In the Out interview, he said he'd date anyone from the cast of Veep. It was obviously a joke but could have been his way of saying he's open to anything. I can't imagine him with a woman though...

I appreciate they made the character pansexual, but they took the easy road and had him hook up with a girl when having him try to hook up with a male townie would have been much more fun and interesting, contrasting big city gay life with small town gay life.
