I don't expect much on this show to make sense, but it's ridiculous for Jude to keep insisting on them having a public relationship when he himself has not publicly come out of the closet. And who would turn down the opportunity to have regular sex with Zero even if it was on the down low? And are they really going to fuck in a cloak room while the party goes on right outside? Anybody could have walked in.

And Sloane gets kidnapped by a guy who was forcing her to write a suicide note so he could kill her, but she's NOT going to go to the police after escaping? She's going to call Pete and wait on the street for him to come pick her up? That makes about as much sense as Jelena being "famous" as the head of the Devil girls.

Asked about the visible chemistry between Zero and Jude, Senn says it stems from their close real-life relationship with Antonello.

This is how to watch the show. Go to Dailymotion the next day, and "scrubb" through the entire thing only stopping when Adam Senn's face appears on screen. The rest of the show is shit. Reminds me of Melrose Place...the acting level, the corny music, the long soap opera stares. But Senn gets a pass....same for the dude playing Jude. MTV loves Teen Wolf's huge online presence, there is a reason they renewed it for 20 more episodes just a couple episodes into season 5. They understand when you are dealing with a young demographic the actual TV ratings don't really mean much.

However, MTV has another demo and a different type of programming, I don't know what VH1 wants from their scripted shows ( Hindsight had anemic numbers ).

Teen Wolf does get huge viewings on MTV's online player, it has a huge social media presence, does gangbusters at various conventions etc. Those things matter.

Jeff Davis has already talked about how he thought Season 5 would be the end of Teen Wolf but apparently MTV has a strong desire to keep it going. He has even said it might keep going without him because he isn't sure he wants to keep doing this past his Season 6 contract.

Does anyone notice that there is really not much physical affection between the two like touching, hugging, cuddling? It's really just sex and then they separate. The bathtub scene was a start, but still not much there.

Well, they barely get any screen time compared to all the other principal characters. The only thing that gets talked about with this little cable show, and they give it maybe 5 to 7 minutes of screentime per episode (give or take a few with a little more). The other characters get multiple, longer scenes.

I fast forward anything that's not about Zude and the blond dancer and her boyfriend who are making the movie, just because I find Jared Ward, who plays the BF, to be hot. he played a soldier who came to a bade end in Homeland.

The other parts, including the scheming midget villainess trying to buy the team, are so ridiculous as to stagger belief. Makes Tyler Perry's Haves and Have Nots seem Shakespearean.

When they had a mystery storyline in the first 2 seasons, it was better. Kyle used to be an interesting character, and it's fun when Stephen Colletti is on. But the show has been hurt by separating all the storylines. Sloan's a good actress, but that plot's dumb.

The show is held back by Asha's terrible acting, and though hot the guy who plays Derek won't win any Oscars either.

Brent Antonello has looked a bit "soft" this season - he needs to get back into the gym for the shirtless scenes.

Adam Senn's hair looked better when it was a bit darker - it looks yellow. Either go completely platinum or darker.

Not that I would turn down either in their current states.

I find Jude really attractive and I don't mind that he looks a bit soft, I like the contrast between Zero and Jude. Adam Senn looks better with darker hair.

I just started watching this season (thanks to this thread) and have enjoyed every Zude-ing second.

R287, pretty sure it won't be renewed, just like The Real O'Neals. So we'll be down three gay/bi male characters. Yay! It's not like we didn't have an abysmal record already. How come there's a ton of lesbian characters on tv, and they all get to kiss and have sex, while the gay male characters are always neutered? They never get a love life, they never get much screen time either. It's just so unfair. And yeah.. I know there's a few exceptions, basically Hit The Floor (which won't get renewed), HTGAWM and Shameless. That's it. All other shows have their gays neutered. Will we EVER get to see a badass gay character again? Why is it every time a tv show introduce an LGBT character 9 times out of 10 it's a lesbian? Why do the lesbian characters get to be badass, but not the gay male characters? Damn at this point I just really miss Omar on The Wire. I want more gay characters like that. Gay characters that flaunt being gay, but who are total badass.. not stereotypes made for laughs only.

I don't want less representation for the lesbians, I just want more and better representation for gay men. LaRosa about Zude and tonight's finale:

Their relationship has been really spectacular for me this season. When we left them in Season 2, Jude had all these feelings for Zero and really didn’t know where to put them. Zero was closed off. Zero had his own agenda. And he’s never let anybody in, in the way that Jude would need. And so what I loved about the finale last year was Jude basically drawing a line. A line that I have heard in life is a great thing to draw. Sometimes I haven’t done it so…people ask me, like how much of this is autobiographical? Now I’ve never been with an NBA star…yet (laughter) but having a situation where you want something so much from someone. And you know they want that same thing from you but there’s just that block there. Being able to go, uh, this is my line, buddy, is a very powerful thing.

And I really love the way that Zero was forced to come around. Jude basically was crossing his arms and even though he caved a little in the closet and they had that epic sex scene and even though you knew Jude still had those feelings, he still wasn’t going to give in and so Zero basically had to. And that really showed Jude how much Zero was willing to sacrifice. And seeing how that was only the beginning of their storyline…okay, now we’re both in the same room together. Now we’re open to each other. We look into each other’s eyes and now what? Now you really have gotten to learn a bit more about what — you learn more about Zero’s backstory. You learn more about what they’ll do for each other.

They’re actually the most functional couple on the show. The way they tackle things — they’re a team. When one of them does something that’s not great, the other one calls them on their shit. And at the end of the day, they’re always looking out for each other and if that’s not a relationship goal I don’t know what is. And we learn about Zero. Zero has a sister. That definitely comes to play in the finale. Now Oscar, though, is back in charge. In the preview for the finale, it doesn’t look like Jude and Zero are necessarily skipping along the shore holding hands. So it seems like something’s up.

From another LaRosa's interview: What can you say about the finale where Zude is concerned?

JL: The finale definitely is Zude heavy so fans should be excited about that. I will say that the Laura story continues and they keep being Zude. I think when you see the teaser for the finale they’re not the happiest. Obviously Zero is smashing something so there could be things going on in the finale that might be disruptive. They have a lot on their plate and they have to deal with me, being in the finale myself I kind of swing by the Zude story line. I’m actually going to be making a little appearance on “Hit the Floor” for the first time after three seasons.

Is there any news coming about a fourth season of the show?

JL: We usually find out information at the end of the season so nothing I can share but the show has done well. We had something like 1.3 million viewers this last episode. So we’re doing well, and the rest is in VH1’s hands at this point.

It's nice that a show's creator is so receptive to the media and the fans, and seems to find the show as exciting and interesting as the viewers do.

Also, I'm glad that they are not splitting up Zude for the sake of contrived drama, as so many other gay couples have been split over the years.

Well, they sure shoved alot of things into the final and at a rapid pace. Raquel admits she killed Olivia, kinda sorta. German is released from prison to find out Asha is already engaged to Derek. Some of this stuff is laughable. Jelena has managed to buy a crapload of shares of the Devils. With what money? Who knows. Peta rushes to save Lionel who is trying to snuff hersel out with exhaust fumes. Her reaction or acting in this scene is a bit off, to say the least. Zero is traded, but Jude can't bring himself to leave because of ...Lionel?? WTF? We also found out the Exec Prod/Creator thought it would be a good idea to insert himself into the show as an actor. He was not good.

I agree r301. It's a temporary obstacle thrown in for finale drama but their love remains strong. They'll find a way. It's not an uncommon situation for a couple to face.

R304 Lionel is a sort of mother figure / friend to Jude, at the moment he doesn't have the heart to leave but he will in the future. However, the point of that scene was only to add Zero / Jude to the suspect list of " Who Shot Jelena Howard? "

Remember it was implied that Jude was alone a miserable during that 4 months before the hook up with Lucas. Imagine now, of course if there is a separation it will be only temporary.

R304 On reflection, it doesn't seem so bad. The problem is that we don't know if there will be another season ( or if both actors will come back ), so it would be a bit sad if that was their last moment together.

Like the NBA would consign the team to a cheerleader with no previous team management experience or funds of her own. In a series full of ridiculous plot developments, that was the worst. It was dumb enough to suggest they would take it away from the owner after his name had been cleared and then sell it to an active player and his midget fiancee.

I don't think the show will come back, but if it did, I'd want Jelena to be gone anyway. Such a one-note, one-expression performance as the show's villain. If she had a mustache, she'd be twirling it.

My source who worked in production of this show told me that Brent Antonello use to have sex with Show's creator James La Rosa during season 2 and season 3 .

he also told me only negative things about Brent(I will tell that gossip later) which is surprising since in interviews Brent seems like a very nice guy .

He also told me that channel decided to end the this show just couple of month after shooting of season 3 was finish . They didn't give nay specific reason for that but he told that lack of international sales was big reason . That is why kept broadcasting of the season 3 on hold for almost a year .

Valery Ortiz is also very nice but had a very bad habit of speaking Spanish with James in front of her costars when many of them didn't understand Spanish

McKinley Freeman is a wanna be Bill Cosby (not in a good way) . He openly gropes those dancers (which are not playing major characters ) and gets away with it . Girls from behind the camera crew are also not off limits from his groping habit . I am surprised no one has filed lawsuit against production . i guess girls are just afraid

I'm really enjoying this season: it's bright, campy fun with a good attitude and good-looking people. And the gay storyline is often front and center.

Last year, when DL first brought this show to my attention, I only watched the gay guys and fast forwarded through the rest, but this time I'm watching it all and getting a kick out of all the gleeful plot twists and machinations, delivered with a refreshing lack of self-consciousness, unlike the recent Dynasty reboot.
