Negativity aside, I hope this gives a role for Ben to get his teeth into and give him the international recognition he deserves.

Anyway, I thought the actor who irked Dominic Treadwell Collins was Sam Strike. His opting to quit came out around the same time. Strike had only been on the show a year, and his "Johnny Carter" character was said to be something of a vanity character for Treadwell-Collins (based on when he was a young, gay lad himself). Johnny's story had really only started, and with that departure, it was very obvious that they had to quick manufacture some kind of exit, with the whole thing coming off pretty ridiculous. -jmho
