We don't yet know the role of the 2nd woman arrested in this case nor do we know her real name.

Currently both the landlord and Shane are believed to be innocent of the murder.

It's also assumed the victim was tricked by an unusual cell phone message into leaving her 3rd floor apt door unlocked, leaving behind her cell and her new baby's diaper bag, and just running down stairs to meet Meghan (sp) in her car. We don't know if there was another person, known to the victim or not, in the car at the time. Just that Heidi was killed within 2 hours, and that it's at least 1 1/2 hours to Meghan's current residence.

I looked this up earlier and it appears the first court date was pushed to early February. It wasn’t clear who asked for that, but I’m guessing all of this going down just before the holiday and the way those fell this year didn’t help anyone be prepared, available, etc....
