Where is the resemblance? Sinatra had a pointy jaw, Ronan certainly doesn't. Ronan wears blue contacts and he's had his nose bobbed, thus the latter can't be contrasted with Sinatra. Ronan has unusually full lips. Ronan has small ears, Sinatra's were large. The list of differences goes on...
