Is Marianne Williamson about to break out?

With new solstice patterns influencing the race, her numbers are going to rise. She’s a far more qualified frau-friendly self-help guru than Oprah.

by Anonymousreply 1December 10, 2019 11:56 AM

Break out of where, OP?

by Anonymousreply 2December 10, 2019 11:58 AM

She has my full support in her effort to break out of the Phantom Zone.

by Anonymousreply 3December 10, 2019 11:59 AM

in pimples?

by Anonymousreply 4December 10, 2019 12:02 PM

Well, bitches, at least she has the support of more public figures than her husband and father. Now if she can just land that coveted Stevie Nicks endorsement while the moon is in Saturn I'm sure she'll stand a chance in Iowa.

by Anonymousreply 5December 10, 2019 12:04 PM

Bitch fell for fake news just yesterday. You really want someone like that as president?

by Anonymousreply 6December 10, 2019 12:08 PM

If a certain someone wasn't running I'd be all in for her.

[quote]Break out of where, OP?

The broom closet, Rose.

by Anonymousreply 8December 10, 2019 12:14 PM

That fake news seems like it could be only about a month away from being real news, R6.

Which is why we need Marianne in the White House.

by Anonymousreply 9December 10, 2019 12:15 PM

[quote]in pimples?

You're thinking of Tulsi.

by Anonymousreply 10December 10, 2019 12:16 PM

I wonder how her books sales are doing since all this began?

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 11December 10, 2019 12:20 PM

I'd love for her to get one totally strange endorsement from some minor celebrity like Chrissy Metz.

by Anonymousreply 12December 10, 2019 12:46 PM

Oh, honey, there ain't nothing "minor" about Chrissy Metz.

by Anonymousreply 13December 10, 2019 12:49 PM

Bless her heart.

by Anonymousreply 14December 10, 2019 12:50 PM

Chrissy Metz was my go-to for a frauish C-lister that I and Dataloungers would know.

Should've realized there was a fat joke there.

by Anonymousreply 15December 10, 2019 12:55 PM

Chrissy strikes me as a Bernie Gal. I bet she supports Medicare for All. God knows she'd probably bankrupt it though.

by Anonymousreply 16December 10, 2019 12:56 PM

Gurl friend!

by Anonymousreply 17December 10, 2019 1:04 PM

It’s notoriously difficult to get accurate book sales data, but you can be certain her candidacy has been very good for her bottom line.

by Anonymousreply 18December 10, 2019 2:20 PM

If you're talking acne, then yes. Otherwise, no way in hell.

by Anonymousreply 19December 10, 2019 3:49 PM

R18

Most candidates who run do so knowing they won't win. Some people think Trump ran at first to boost ratings and negotiate a better television contract.

by Anonymousreply 20December 11, 2019 5:34 AM

Charles Manson! I LOL'ed

by Anonymousreply 21December 11, 2019 5:42 AM

I help not the self: that would be selfish. I help the SELVES.

by Anonymousreply 22December 11, 2019 5:53 AM

Maybe Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon need to endorse Marianne Williamson.

by Anonymousreply 23December 11, 2019 5:55 AM

Last night's full moon has helped immeasurably. Expect a sharp poll rise soon.

by Anonymousreply 24December 13, 2019 5:49 AM

Do you think Marianne orders the taco salad when she goes to a Mexican restaurant?

by Anonymousreply 25December 13, 2019 6:02 AM

She used to have a large gay fallowing during the AIDS crisis in the 90's, now its mostly single old Fraus.

by Anonymousreply 26December 13, 2019 6:13 AM

R26 Didn't she say AIDS could be cured from the power of positive thinking?

The DCCC needs to tighten up these debate qualifications and kick Marianne, Tulsi, and Yang to the curb. This shit is too serious to waste time on these three flakes.

by Anonymousreply 27December 13, 2019 6:20 AM

Not in those exact words R27, she did a lot for the gay community back then including starting Project Angel Food and numerous fundraisers for people with AIDS. But her over all spiritual answer is basically the same, once we all heal ourselves and treat each other with love, we will solve all the worlds problems. Nice but not exactly the new drug therapy that saved everyone life when people were dropping like flys.

by Anonymousreply 30December 13, 2019 7:05 AM

More thought it was misplaced ego.

by Anonymousreply 31December 14, 2019 6:19 PM

I can’t wait for her to meet Russian officials and demand a group hug for mutual healing.

by Anonymousreply 32December 14, 2019 6:38 PM

Would she be awful in a VP slot?

by Anonymousreply 33December 14, 2019 7:26 PM

There were worse candidates in the race.

by Anonymousreply 34December 14, 2019 8:32 PM

A Marianne administration would be an administration of LUV

She'd be awful as vice-president, but wondrous as virtue-president.

by Anonymousreply 36December 14, 2019 9:45 PM

I’d take her over Tulsi in a heartbeat.

by Anonymousreply 37December 14, 2019 10:05 PM

Tulsi = Russian Spy

We should just call her Natasha at this point.

by Anonymousreply 38December 14, 2019 10:14 PM

She managed not to make a complete fool of herself.

by Anonymousreply 39December 15, 2019 12:19 AM

Marianne is only doing it to be relevant again and sell books people. Everyone can see that. Even her fans conceded a long time ago there is not a chance in hell she could win.

My ex was really into her back in popular day with the gay men. They kind of left her after the light went on with the Segorne Weaver thing. She has been bouncing around the country ever since. Her background is very patch even after she become Marianne Williamson. Mystery who the father is of her child, going broke after writing a million dollar book, drug use, former actress. But while I am sort of throwing some deserved shade, deep down she does not seem like an evil person or a religious charlatan. She really believes that stuff and in HER mind she is doing all she can to help the world.

The same is true of any candidate who isn't Biden/Bernie/Pete/Warren at this point. At least Marianne just wants a show on the Own Network, I suspect some of the other candidates running are plants.

At this point it's time for them to drop out.

by Anonymousreply 42December 15, 2019 11:48 AM

Tulsi is defiantly a plant. But no one likes her so, her days are numbered. She definitely does not have the Aloha spirit of all the people I have met from Hawaii over the years. More like a Russian Fembot.

by Anonymousreply 43December 15, 2019 12:16 PM

Tulsi won't be at the next debate. Who else should join her?

by Anonymousreply 44December 15, 2019 4:53 PM

I still think they should let Beto come to the debates as eye candy.

by Anonymousreply 45December 15, 2019 5:15 PM

Tulsi = third party pizza pie faced cunt

by Anonymousreply 46December 17, 2019 5:01 AM

Candidates needed either 4% or greater support in at least four DNC-approved polls, either national polls or single-state polls

These guys are out of the debates, but have not dropped out of the race. Basically hanging on the coat tails of the top 5 at this point, their days are numbered with polling at 1 or 2 percent:

Cory Booker, New Jersey senator

Julián Castro, former Housing and Urban Development secretary

Michael Bennet, Colorado senator

Tulsi Gabbard, Hawaii representative

John Delaney, former Maryland representative

Marianne Williamson, author

Deval Patrick, former Massachusetts governor

Michael Bloomberg, billionaire former New York City mayor

by Anonymousreply 47December 17, 2019 9:44 AM

Who are the top five?

There's more like a top four: Biden/Bernie/Pete/Warren. Steyer is polling in fifth behind them but he's way behind.

by Anonymousreply 48December 17, 2019 10:56 AM

There is no fifth. There's the top four and a bunch low-polling hangers on.

by Anonymousreply 49December 17, 2019 11:09 AM

Oh, wait. It's Andrew Yang who's in fifth. He's a joke candidate, again, not helpful for 2020.

If you're not polling in double digits it's time to drop out and has been for a long time now.

And Steyer and Bloomberg shouldn't even be allowed to keep running at this point. All they're doing is making the party look bad for 2020.

by Anonymousreply 50December 17, 2019 2:07 PM

Who doesn't love a tired old meme still being dragged out?

by Anonymousreply 51December 17, 2019 2:08 PM

We're going to find out in twenty years time that the Yang campaign was actually rigged by the Chinese Communism Party, aren't we?

by Anonymousreply 52December 17, 2019 5:32 PM

Some of those 1% candidates exist only to undermine the serious candidates.

by Anonymousreply 53December 17, 2019 9:12 PM

Cory Booker must be going to drop out soon. There can't be that much longer left on Rosario's contract.

by Anonymousreply 54December 17, 2019 9:13 PM

There's another debate this week... And I think they STILL have super low requirements and so all the hangers-on will be there.

Except Tulsi... because eh...

by Anonymousreply 55December 17, 2019 9:17 PM

Bump

by Anonymousreply 56December 21, 2019 9:04 PM

How did this crackpot get such fabulous plastic surgery?

by Anonymousreply 57December 21, 2019 9:09 PM

No

by Anonymousreply 58December 21, 2019 9:09 PM

No, but Amy Klobuchar is.

by Anonymousreply 59December 21, 2019 9:12 PM

Amy Kuntbuchar is polling at 2%.

by Anonymousreply 60December 22, 2019 11:18 AM

Klobuchar is only popular in Flyoverstan. Cant see progressives or the black vote making her number one at all.

by Anonymousreply 61December 22, 2019 11:22 AM

I miss her at the debates.

by Anonymousreply 62December 22, 2019 11:28 AM

Amy has little to no ground game outside of Iowa (and Minnesota). I have no idea what she intends to do in New Hampshire, Nevada, South Carolina, California... is she does really well in Iowa. Scramble in a matter of weeks and hope for the best?

by Anonymousreply 63December 22, 2019 11:32 AM

Marianne dose not belong in a Presidential debate, her forum is the mystical world of nondenominational prayer and crystals.

by Anonymousreply 64December 22, 2019 11:34 AM

[quote]Klobuchar is only popular in Flyoverstan. Cant see progressives or the black vote making her number one at all.

The black vote isn’t important. The moderate white voters in “Flyoverstan” are. See 2016.

The blacks didn’t turn out for Hillary and neither did the white Rust Belt voters. She would have won, though, if those white moderates in WI, MI, and PA have voted for her instead of Trump.

Amy can win those voters.

by Anonymousreply 65December 22, 2019 11:35 AM

Explain why Amy is polling at 2% then. No one really cares for her. There is a lot more than just the black vote missing. That line that Amy uses about winning ( which by the way reminds me of Trump) only worked because they were all from the same people in her area. She has no appeal to the rest of America which is far more diverse not just race, but in political philosophy and belief systems.

by Anonymousreply 66December 22, 2019 11:56 AM

Good luck trying to win the nomination without the black vote, the progressive vote, the gay vote...

The only 'blocks' she can count on are the bulldyke vote and the office bully vote.

by Anonymousreply 67December 22, 2019 11:58 AM

R67 Significant overlap between those two voting blocks...

by Anonymousreply 68December 22, 2019 4:03 PM

Can Marianne actually beat Trump?

by Anonymousreply 69December 23, 2019 6:22 AM

Marianne is irrelevant.

by Anonymousreply 70December 23, 2019 6:30 AM

[quote]The only 'blocks' she can count on are the bulldyke vote and the office bully vote

Funny you say that, the one really bulldyke I know is all over the Marianne things. She wants someone who "inspires" her. She's also a Jewish life coach and Realtor. I know right?

by Anonymousreply 71December 23, 2019 6:59 AM

R69, No. It would be a Trump landslide.

by Anonymousreply 72December 23, 2019 11:44 AM

r69

Yes, because LOVE defeats HATE! She will harness love in the battle against Trump and cast the hate mongerer out of office. President Williamson will heal this country

by Anonymousreply 73December 23, 2019 11:58 AM

Will she swear on a Bible or a copy of The Secret or Eat, Pray, Love?

by Anonymousreply 74December 24, 2019 7:19 PM

Obama was talking about female leadership. I think he meant Marianne.

by Anonymousreply 75December 24, 2019 7:41 PM

I’m sure she’s about to break out! I always break out with eczema in the winter, too!

Thoughts and prayers!

by Anonymousreply 78December 31, 2019 3:12 PM

She's charging $20.20 for "exclusive access" to her livestreams now. She's basically scamming people without even pretending anymore it's about running for president. A step away from a common Chaturbate token whore.

by Anonymousreply 79December 31, 2019 3:18 PM

by Anonymousreply 80January 10, 2020 3:28 PM

by Anonymousreply 83January 11, 2020 12:05 AM

I guess love does have limits after all.

by Anonymousreply 84January 11, 2020 5:40 AM

Who needs to join her?

by Anonymousreply 85January 11, 2020 5:55 AM

Well, she outlasted Gillibrand, Beto, and Kamala.

by Anonymousreply 86January 11, 2020 5:57 AM

r86

And Swalwell, De Blasio, Castro, Hickenlooper, Ojeda, Ryan, Gravel, Inslee, Moulton, Messam, Bullock, Sestak...

by Anonymousreply 87January 11, 2020 9:57 AM

History only remembers the winners R87, not the looses. Especially out of a group of 20.

by Anonymousreply 88January 11, 2020 10:02 AM

Girls, girls, you're ALL losers.

by Anonymousreply 89January 11, 2020 10:05 AM

I share a birthdate with her.

I can't believe she's only four years younger than Warren. They look like mother and daughter.

by Anonymousreply 90January 11, 2020 10:10 AM

She makes me wonder just how well Oprah would do had she decided to run.

I wonder who she'll endorse, if anyone, BTW.

by Anonymousreply 91January 11, 2020 10:11 AM

Does Oprah still have the pull with the Fraus anymore? I know she still did with Obama but seems like she has faded into the background the last decade. Yes, I know she is one of the richest woman in America, not what I am talking about though.

by Anonymousreply 92January 12, 2020 8:03 AM

If you mean does her endorsement swing the way anyone votes... I'd say no. Even at the peak of her reach she couldn't do that.

Her 2008 endorsement was interesting because it signaled to Hillary that it wasn't her turn and that she and certain other non-white folx in the media wouldn't be going along with her attempt at a coronation or an attempt to run a campaign whining about muhsoggynee.

Did the weight she lent to Obama matter? Among voters, no, I don't think so. They were going to vote for him anyway, which was the right choice. Things like endorsements and experience are things only the media focus on. Primary and general voters don't care: see Trump.
