Yeah my phone keeps saying I cannot post error ,but it posts it anyway.
I hope someone gets fired for this.

I'm getting it on other websites so I suspect it's a problem with Captcha servers and not with DL.

It's Google, their algorithms are saying you're computer is acting like a bot.
Signing into a Google account on that computer MAY help.
