Who's had him?
Ramin Karimloo
by Anonymous | reply 69 | June 17, 2020 9:13 AM |
I have lusted after him for a long time, but I have to say I thought he looked sort of busted in the recent photos for his Times article. (Although it was partly affected by the fact that I find sleeve tats disgusting.)
by Anonymous | reply 1 | March 7, 2014 7:10 AM |
Who?
by Anonymous | reply 2 | March 7, 2014 7:10 AM |
Used to think he was hot. In interview for new "Les Miz" on Broadway he looks like a different person. Has wife and two boys.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | March 7, 2014 8:40 AM |
Ohhh, I jusht LOVE Ramin Karimloo!
I jussht had shome the other night for dinner, it wash fantashtic paired with white wine!
by Anonymous | reply 4 | March 7, 2014 8:46 AM |
He gets me hard as rock. So hot.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | March 7, 2014 12:21 PM |
I love Ramin Karimloo!
However, that last Indian restaurant I went to, made it entirely TOO SPICY! I couldn't eat it and had to send it back.
I might just eat Vietnamese from now on. Pfft.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | March 7, 2014 12:42 PM |
He should go less ethnic with the name.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | March 7, 2014 1:11 PM |
Beautiful voice. Great performer.
Though I have to admit, I prefer Alfie Boe's voice when performing some songs.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | March 7, 2014 1:25 PM |
I have to repeat the question: WHO?
What's wrong with providing a pic or a little context? Especially when it comes to obviously obscure names like this?
by Anonymous | reply 9 | March 7, 2014 2:09 PM |
Thank you, R9.
The only reason I know who the fuck op is talking about, is because I saw the Anniversary edition of Phantom of the Opera, where all present and formers, came together for the anniversary.
Ramin Karimloo happened to be the current "Phantom," and that's how I knew who he was. Otherwise, the name wouldn't mean a damned thing.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | March 7, 2014 2:14 PM |
He wasn't the "current" Phantom at the time of the 25th anniversary at Royal Albert Hall. He was a recent former Phantom that Cameron Mackintosh picked for the anniversary show.
I've met him a few times; a very nice guy, but I'm not a big fan of his shouty, off-pitch singing. I've never thought he was too attractive and he's starting to look a little rough and trashy.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | March 7, 2014 2:27 PM |
Also, his fans are some of the worst.
They're rude, rabid, entitled, hyper-emotional girls who think the best way to prove to their peers that they are both his most devoted fan and a budding novelist is to write real-person fan fiction in which the heroic Ramin saves the perfect Sierra Boggess from a violent attempted rape by Hugh Panaro.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | March 7, 2014 4:04 PM |
I wouldn't mind an attempted rape from Hugh Panaro. He's yummy.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | March 7, 2014 5:42 PM |
So? Shirtless in LES MIZ?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | March 29, 2014 12:32 PM |
Does he fart?
by Anonymous | reply 16 | March 29, 2014 1:19 PM |
I'd like to have him.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | March 29, 2014 3:54 PM |
I can't believe we still have irate "Who?" posters. Newsflash: you're on the internet, you can google. And if you don't care to do so, then keep it moving.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | March 29, 2014 3:59 PM |
I met him. Very sincere, no attitude, but almost pays you too much attention... his gaze is so intense it almost makes you uncomfortable. But very sincere and sweet. A good soul, I think (though I was glad when he went away because he really goes make you feel you're under his microscope or incredible voodoo gaze.... can't quite explain it.)
by Anonymous | reply 20 | March 29, 2014 4:02 PM |
R20 very interesting, I'm glad you met him.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | March 29, 2014 4:07 PM |
You are an odd bird, r20.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | March 29, 2014 4:08 PM |
He is Canadian--half Canadian and half Iranian. He is very talented. The best Jean Valjean since Colm Wilkinson. He is very handsome and a talented singer, far better than most of the current pop stars. Toronto production of Les Mis, which just ended and has new staging, just reopened on B'way. He is the only performer from the Toronto production who went to NY. Wonder if the NY production is any good? Or if it has been redone to appeal to the midwestern yahoos who think Noo York is the big city, golly, and who think the Today show is quality and hold up those dumb signs outside the show.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | March 29, 2014 4:08 PM |
Steve and Edie, you're entirely wrong... the Valjean understudy was in the Toronto cast, Cossette was Cossette in the Toronto cast, Thenardier was Thenardier in the Toronto cast, the Eponine understudy was Eponine in the Toronto cast.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | March 29, 2014 4:21 PM |
Sorry--CBS Sunday Morning had a long interview with Karimloo and showed scenes from both productions and discussed the restaging. They clearly stated he was the only performer who would be going to NYC and he commented on that as well. Understudies may indeed have gone but you would not consider them principal cast members.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | March 29, 2014 5:00 PM |
r20, perhaps there was something going on with your face? Chemical peel gone wrong etc.?
by Anonymous | reply 27 | March 29, 2014 5:03 PM |
[quote]He is Canadian--half Canadian and half Iranian.
That may be his nationality, but since "Canadian" is not an ethnicity, what is is other ethnic background?
Also, do people call him Ramin "Noodles" Karimloo"?
by Anonymous | reply 28 | March 29, 2014 5:06 PM |
Sorry... What's Cossette, if not principal cast? What's Thenardier if not principal cast? Who's in the company, if not principal cast? You got it wrong. He's not the only member of the Toronto company who went with the show to Broadway.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | March 29, 2014 5:12 PM |
Fantine is the only principal role.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | March 29, 2014 6:45 PM |
29 knows more than CBS News?
by Anonymous | reply 31 | March 29, 2014 7:03 PM |
R28, he was born to Iranian parents in Iran-they moved to Canada in 1979 when the Shah was deposed.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | March 29, 2014 7:07 PM |
R32 Then to call him "half-Canadian" is inaccurate. He's Iranian-Canadian.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | March 29, 2014 7:14 PM |
Just saw him in LES MIZ. He was spectacular! And when he ripped open his shirt to reveal his prisoner number -- gasps in the house. Hottest body. Ever.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | April 24, 2014 3:42 AM |
That photo of him in jeans with the bulging crotch just gave me a boner.
Hotter than hell AND handsome AND can sing!
I hate NY or I would go there to see him.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | April 24, 2014 4:48 AM |
I think if the voters can get past the fact that it's LES MIZ again, he has a chance for winning. Saw the show this week and he is by far the best thing in it.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | April 26, 2014 4:57 PM |
His Canadian accent is a major boner lower.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | April 27, 2014 12:40 AM |
I don't know what you're talking aboot.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | April 27, 2014 1:01 AM |
He was superb in LES MIZ. Really blew me away. And very nice at the stage door!
by Anonymous | reply 40 | May 2, 2014 11:31 AM |
[quote]Ramin saves the perfect Sierra Boggess from a violent attempted rape by Hugh Panaro.
What would be more likely to happen is Sierra Boggess saving Ramin from a violent attempted rape by Hugh Panaro.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | May 2, 2014 12:24 PM |
Sang on KATIE show. What a talent!
by Anonymous | reply 42 | May 8, 2014 11:17 AM |
R41 I would take both Hugh and Ramin.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | May 8, 2014 3:28 PM |
Has anyone been able to Top Ramin?
by Anonymous | reply 44 | May 8, 2014 5:00 PM |
R44 Only Noodles Romanoff.
In the kar, in the loo.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | May 8, 2014 5:09 PM |
[quote]He is Canadian--half Canadian and half Iranian
As others have pointed out, Ramin is a naturalized Canadian citizen. He was born in Tehran to two Iranian parents who fled Iran when Ramin was just a baby for political reasons. "Half-Iranian" implies that he has a Caucasian parent. He's full Iranian. Yes, there can be good-looking Middle Easterners without the aid of Caucasian blood.
However, he probably sees himself as British now. He's mostly worked on the West End and his wife is English (though she looks of Middle Eastern-descent) and they and their two sons live there full-time. I wouldn't be surprised if he got citizenship.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | May 8, 2014 5:21 PM |
No, R46, I doubt he sees himself as British. The UK has been his home for years but he's Canadian.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | May 8, 2014 7:03 PM |
Is he still out of the show? It's not going to help his Tony award chances if the voters cannot see his performance!
by Anonymous | reply 48 | May 18, 2014 1:40 PM |
Looks like an Indian Neil Patrick Harris. Yuk.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | May 18, 2014 1:55 PM |
Um. Hot as hell.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | May 30, 2014 5:15 AM |
Neil Patrick is gonna win the tony.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | May 30, 2014 5:29 AM |
He may win the Tony but the real prize would be getting plowed by Ramin. Damn. fine. man.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | May 30, 2014 11:22 AM |
He was GREAT on the Tony Awards. Please! Please! He should be the King in KING AND I with Kelli O'Hara. Make is happen chatterati
by Anonymous | reply 53 | June 12, 2014 11:47 AM |
Apparently Paulo Zsot is there first choice.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | June 12, 2014 3:04 PM |
*their
by Anonymous | reply 55 | June 12, 2014 3:25 PM |
R55 As long as you corrected "their," why not also correct SZOT?
by Anonymous | reply 56 | June 12, 2014 6:34 PM |
His accent is really unattractive. As long as he kept his mouth shut (or just sang) I'd do him. And swallow.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | June 12, 2014 6:38 PM |
Ramin is sex on a stick. Mmmm.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | June 21, 2014 5:43 PM |
I agree, R58. Just a perfect-looking man if there ever was one. I've anointed him Ramin Karimfuck in my dreams.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | June 21, 2014 5:47 PM |
I want to see him in a musical where he plays an Iranian soccer player. And he's only in a jockstrap for his 11 o'clock number.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | June 21, 2014 6:41 PM |
He was in tight black briefs for WEST END BARES. There is a video somewhere. Almost lost his briefs with wardrobe malfunction. HOT
by Anonymous | reply 61 | June 27, 2014 12:28 AM |
I saw LES MIZ. He truly is talented and hot as hell.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | October 19, 2014 2:24 PM |
I only have had one job, weighing peanuts at the Woolworth.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | October 19, 2014 8:52 PM |
He should be having the career Hugh Jackman has.
by Anonymous | reply 64 | October 19, 2014 8:57 PM |
A threesome with Ramin and Hugh would be heavenly
by Anonymous | reply 65 | October 19, 2014 8:59 PM |
R65, I'd prefer a foursome with me, Ramin, and our cocks.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | October 19, 2014 9:03 PM |
Just imagine being the one who gets to suck him off. Bet he has a really thick, musky bush.
Damn, his wife is lucky.
by Anonymous | reply 67 | October 19, 2014 9:05 PM |
Ramin has been a regular cast member on Holby City for the last year. I don't watch every week but he always looks like he's got an amazing body under his scrubs.
Last night he had a sex scene and was stripped down to his boxers and then had a heartwrenching scene where he's sad alone on a bed in the hospital, and is taking tablets for some form of tremor, and as he tried to take the tablets his pecs were flexing like mad, which got one of my body parts flexing like mad LOL.

Uh, what? There's no such thing as a Canadian race.
