There's a mix of American and European guys there, and historically there hasn't been that much crossover between the two regions. I'm pretty sure Kris Evans and Tim Kruger never worked in the US. While it's possible that this guy directed on both sides of the Atlantic, it seems unlikely. (Of course we also don't know if he himself is American or European.)
