I’m in WeHo but would drive to valley if necessary. I want a clean air conditioned storage space. No water leaks and doesn’t raise rent dramatically. I want to store photos and paperwork. Has anyone used a place they would recommend or shitty one to steer clear of? Tia!

I had a very good experience with CubeSmart, OP, although they might seem pricey. There is one in L.A. on Olympic near Bundy. The facility was very clean and contemporary.
My experience was not on the West Cost, though.
