"Not not right now" and "someday" (said with an uptick at the end) - which have non-passive aggressive usages, but in my upper Midwest upbringing were peak passive aggressive - to avoid answering questions/making choices, telling someone you don't want to do something without telling them you want to do something, or to generally dismiss a suggestion hoping it won't be brought up again.
